Nah, it's Erich Korngold who is chortling, in between bites of Viennese pastries. While I love Korngold's movie scores and pieces like the superb F# Symphony, his operas Die Tote Stadt (a masterpiece IMVHO), Violanta/Der Ring des Polykrates and that last gasp of romanticism before the New Objectivity and neo-classicism took over, Das Wunder des Heliane, are where it's at for me.

Debussy's good too, however. :-)
